Phil has been originating loans since 1986. He specializes in all types of real estate financing including super jumbo home loans. He is a member of the Santa Clara University Bronco Bench, the St. Catherine's Men’s Club, and the Olympic Club. Phil is a 1981 graduate of Burlingame High School and a 1985 graduate of Santa Clara University - with a B.S. in Commerce.
Phil enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth and seven children: Shannon, Thomas, Philip, Patrick, Kathleen, Candace, and Christine. He also coaches basketball and baseball teams, and relaxes by playing golf. |

Deme is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 22 years experience. The first 11 of those years Deme sold homes and commercial properties on the Peninsula. During her time as an Agent, Deme observed that the most difficult part of any transaction was always centered on the loan process. Deme transitioned into the mortgage business in order to solve that problem for her customers. She found that she enjoyed working with borrowers and their agents to ease the mortage experience for both. For the past 11 years she has worked exclusively in mortgage lending, both residential and commercial. The bulk of her business is generated through referrals by happy clients and agents.
Deme has a BA and MA in English Literature from Northern Illinois University. She raised her three children - Mark, Nicole, and Daniel – in Foster City, where she still lives. Deme is an avid skier, compulsive reader, and amateur poker player. She enjoys learning new things, and is currently studying Computer Business Applications and Contract Law through Cañada College. |

Lorraine has over 24 years experience in real estate lending. She has been licensed since 1995 and with RMC for the past 10 years. As a processor/underwriter for many years she understands how to structure your loan to get you the best program and rate available. She has recently expanded into the Commercial/Apartment lending area to help better serve her clients and continues to educate herself to keep on the leading edge of mortgage financing.
Lorraine grew up in the Burlingame/Millbrae area and continues to live there with her husband and two children. She is a member of SAMCAR, Downtown Burlingame Business Association and volunteered for Mills High School PTO for several years. In her spare time enjoys shopping, traveling and boating with her family. |
