Deme is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 22 years experience. The first 11 of those years Deme sold homes and commercial properties on the Peninsula. During her time as an Agent, Deme observed that the most difficult part of any transaction was always centered on the loan process. Deme transitioned into the mortgage business in order to solve that problem for her customers. She found that she enjoyed working with borrowers and their agents to ease the mortage experience for both. Deme has a BA and MA in English Literature from Northern Illinois University. She raised her three children - Mark, Nicole, and Daniel – in Foster City, where she still lives. Deme is an avid skier, compulsive reader, and amateur poker player. She enjoys learning new things, and is currently studying Computer Business Applications and Contract Law through Cañada College. |
